IKEA KRITTER children's bed with LURÖY slatted bed base
Description
This wooden children's bed from IKEA is a well-known classic: solid, simple in design, and easy to assemble. The KRITTER model is no longer part of the IKEA range, but it is known for its timeless appearance.
The bed was passed on for the first time via Nieuw Nest. It has been used by one family with two children, now approximately 8 and 10 years old, and is estimated to have been in use for 4 to 6 years.

🔧 Existing damage
The bed shows normal cosmetic signs of wear that can be expected after several years of use: light scratches on the wood, particularly on the side edges. One cover cap (locking cap) is missing on a screw connection on the inside of the headboard — functionally this makes no difference. The bed is structurally completely intact and stable.
💶 Original new price
The comparable KRITTER model (white) is still available at IKEA for €99 including a slatted base. The taupe version presumably had the same price at the time — estimated €99, depending on the year of purchase.

The KRITTER series is no longer available at IKEA. For the manual and product specifications, you can visit ikea.com/nl by searching for the article number, or for comparable models. The LURÖY slatted base is still available at IKEA in case a slat ever needs to be replaced.
